Complete Coating System
Reliable Deposition and Drying
Micro-step technology ensures precise solution flow, controlled start and end times, and a range of flow rates. Increase stage temperature to improve wetting and reduce the surface tension, as well as to optimize film drying. In high air flow conditions, control temperature offset to correct for differences between the substrate and stage.
Optimize Coating Parameters
Use the smooth, continuous motion across a range of speeds to alter the processing window, control film thickness, and find the best parameters for defect-free coatings. Vary the gap height, by adjusting the head relative to the stage, to improve the stability of the meniscus and alter the minimum wet film thickness.
Adapt to Different Coating Setups
With an adaptable slot die head, use interchangeable stainless steel shims and meniscus guides to control channel thickness, guide your meniscus, and carefully control your thin film coating. Plus, our add-on accessories enable you to expand your coating capabilities with one system.
