Our bar coater adapter allows you to expand the functionality of your Ossila Slot Die Coater by enabling the mounting of Meyer Bars to the slot-die gantry. The spring loaded mounting mechanism allows for quick changing of the Meyer Bars and keeps them in contact with the coating surface at all times.
By utilising the bar coater adapter, you can perfect your solution properties with simple bar coating methods before beginning to optimize slot die coating parameters. This will make transitioning to slot die coating that much easier. You can bar coat small samples with ease, control the temperature of your stage, and also control the drying of your films using out mountable air knife.
