How to Order
The quickest and easiest way to place your order is to add your items to your cart and then proceed to the online checkout. We are happy to issue quotes, and you can email a purchase order to info@ossila.com for direct enquries. Payment is available by card or bank transfer.
We offer net 30-day payment terms for offline orders as standard, but you can request a proforma invoice if you would like to pay upfront. We aim to process all in stock orders within one business day.
How to Request a Quote
To request a quote, just add your products to your cart, and click “request quote”. You can also send us an enquiry, email info@ossila.com, or contact us for ordering or technical advice. All quotes are valid for 30 days, will reflect the prices as advertised on our website in the currency of your choosing, and are covered by our price drop guarantee.

Payment Methods
Payment is available by card (via the online checkout or offline channels) or bank transfer.
We support a range of currencies depending on your region and payment method. To ensure stable pricing, we use fixed exchange rates, which we update whenever there is a significant discrepancy between our rates and the live exchange rate for a given currency. We do not charge any currency exchange fees, but your bank may charge an international payment fee; please check their terms and conditions if you think this might the case.
