Returns and Cancellations

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you wish to make a return, please notify us within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are:

  • Returned as new
  • Undamaged
  • Free of contamination
  • In the original packaging

Cancellations

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel an order placed with us, please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase.

Technical Support and Repair

In the unfortunate event that an item malfunctions or otherwise stops working, please get in contact with us and one of our team members will assist. If any item is covered under warranty and it is determined by us that it requires returning for repair or replacement, then any returns and re-shipments will be free of cost.
