Returns and Cancellations
Our returns policy makes returning unwanted products easy.
It is easy and hassle-free to make a return or cancel your order.
No matter the reason, we will refund the cost of your returned items if they are unused and in their original packaging.
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if anything goes wrong, we are here to help.
We offer support and repairs for technical issues under our warranty policy.
We have a 90-day no-hassle returns policy on all our equipment and accessories. If you wish to make a return for any reason, let us know within 90 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are:
- Returned as new
- Free of contamination
- In the original packaging
We cannot accept returns of chemicals or materials for safety reasons.

How to return

There is no restocking fee to pay for any returns, but we do not cover return postage costs or (re)import duties
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel an order placed with us, please let us know within 24 hours of the purchase.
As soon as we have received your return and confirmed its resalable condition, we will process your refund. You will receive your refund via your original payment method in your original currency. Original shipping costs are not refunded (unless your order is yet to be shipped).
