Our returns policy is designed for instances where you have changed your mind or no longer need your purchase. If something goes wrong, Ossila equipment with the "2 year warranty" badge is covered by a two-year warranty. Please get in touch to find out how we can help.

I want to cancel my order
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel an order placed with us, please let us know within 24 hours of the purchase. If you have ordered a custom part, we may not be able to cancel your order and offer a full refund if we have already made the component, as these are unlikely to be resaleable. For orders cancelled before they are shipped, we will refund the shipping costs.
