We always want you to be completely happy with your order but if you decide to make a return, we've made it simple and hassle-free. Our 90-day returns policy covers all equipment and accessories (excluding custom-made parts) so you can buy with confidence. No matter the reason for your return, just let us know within 90 days of delivery and, if your items are unused and in their original packaging, we’ll gladly refund the cost of the equipment.

We take pride in the quality of our products which is why our equipment is covered by a two-year warranty. Once we recieve your return, our customer care team will check the items and then process your refund (minus any original shipping costs or duties). You'll receive your refund via your original payment method in your original currency.

To make sure your return arrives safely back with us, we've put together some helpful guides so you can easily repack the equipment you would like to return.

I want to cancel my order

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel an order placed with us, please let us know within 24 hours of the purchase. If you have ordered a custom part, we may not be able to cancel your order and offer a full refund if we have already made the component, as these are unlikely to be resaleable. For orders cancelled before they are shipped, we will refund the shipping costs.
