Optimize the resolution and sensitivity of your monochromator or spectroscopy set up with the Ossila Adjustable Slit. This device has a variable slit width range between 50 μm and 6 mm with up to 10 μm resolution. The slit height is set at 10 mm, but the width can be easily adjusted using trusted micrometer gauges. There is a one-to-one correlation between the gauge reading and slit width.
The adjustable slits can be easily fixed to any existing spectroscopy set up using four M6 screws. Control the output into or out of your monochromator or spectrophotometer, to increase signal intensity, reduce stray light or improve spectral resolution.
