When price drops occur after your purchase, we never want you to miss out. If we lower the price of a piece of equipment within 90 days of your purchase, you will be issued with a voucher equal to the value of the price drop.

Is My Purchase Eligible?

You will be eligible if you have purchased a piece of equipment that is subject to a permanent price drop within 90 days of your order. The price drop guarantee is only applicable to products in our equipment range. Purchases from our materials range are not eligible. Our price drop guarantee does not apply to time-limited discounts or changes in non-GBP price due to changes in the exchange rate.

If you have made an eligible purchase, we will get in touch with details of your voucher code and how to claim your discount. All vouchers will be calculated in GBP. For non-GBP orders, the value of the voucher will be converted to the currency of transaction when the order is placed.
