To align with large-scale, automated setups, you can program your coating speed to a resolution of 0.1 mm.s-1 for reliable and repeatable coating movement. Test the best spray alignment for wide and uniform spray patterns by manually adjusting the head position and height or combining multiple spray heads on the gantry. Once your substrate is coated, take control of the drying process with the heated stage, which can reach 100 °C, to prevent defects from forming during the delicate curing window.
