We aim to process all in stock orders within one business day, and unless requested otherwise, all items will be dispatched via courier. Average transit times are given below.
Please note that this does not take into account time taken to clear items through customs, as this varies from shipment to shipment. If any items are out of stock or require manufacturing, then we will notify you of this and can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you.

We ship our products worldwide. In order to get orders to customers as quickly as possible, we do so from our headquarters in the UK via courier.
We ship orders using a tracked courier service as standard (usually FedEx, DHL, or UPS) although we are also happy to be flexible if your University or Institution has specific requirements. Worldwide shipping via freight forwarder or other methods is available for a wide variety of countries.
Please note that customs restrictions can vary between countries. If you are uncertain about shipment to your country, please contact us for advice.
Generally, Ossila only ship directly from the UK. Because of this, we are unable to recommend agencies in most countries. We are however happy to work with an agent or distributor, should you not be able to purchase from us directly. Please do contact us if this is the case for further informaton.
Ossila aims to provide the best materials from the best suppliers for organic electronics. However, in certain circumstances patent issues can be different around the globe, and this can mean that we are unable to provide a material in a certain geographical region.
Unfortunately, due to current restrictions surrounding the shipment of dangerous goods, we are unable to ship Lead Chloride internationally currently.
Please note that we try to keep this information as up to date as possible and we will review each request for this material individually to try and work out any potential solutions. If you have any concerns please get in touch with the office directly.
All prices are excluding VAT (where applicable). If you are from the UK or EU then VAT will be added to your cart at checkout. If you are from a VAT-registered organisation within the EU and have a VAT number that exempts you from the charge, enter your number during the checkout process or contact us to be issued a formal quotation without VAT for your purchasing department.
If you have already placed your order, then get in touch with your valid VAT number and we will refund the VAT from the order back to your account.
We hope you love your order, but if you wish to return any items ordered, please notify us within 21 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that they are returned as new, undamaged, free of contamination and in the original packaging.
Please inspect all orders on arrival to ensure your products are in good condition.
All cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.
