This adaptable coating system automates the movement of your chosen applicator, from Mayer bars, blade coaters, and gap applicators, to Sheen, Baker, or Bird applicators. Set the optimal speed, from 0.05 mm.s-1 to 250 mm.s-1, for your applicator and solution consistency to create uniform coatings across a large area. Choose between a simple glass stage for easy cleaning or a vacuum stage to securely hold your substrate in place.
