Meniscus guides aid in pinning the coating width for a better defined coating. Our range of meniscus guides are available in packs of 3 with predefined coating widths, lip depths, and thicknesses to suit your coating needs. For more specific requirements, we also offer custom options which allow for multi-strip coatings.

These meniscus guides are designed for use with the Ossila Slot Die Head. When slot die coating, we would recommend using a meniscus guide alongside at least one shim with a similar coating width for best coating results.
