Define different coating widths and volumes for high viscosity solutions
Compatible with our 100 mm high viscosity slot die head, define your coating widths with slot die shims available in packs of 5. For more specific requirements, we also offer custom shim options which allow for multi strip coatings.
Slot die coating heads require the use of shims to define the coating width. Shims can also be used as spacers to separate the sections of the heads to change the internal pressure for higher flow rates or more viscous solutions.
