- Use screws to fix shafts to the underside of the spray coater.

- Align the gantry on the shafts, select appropriate height and fix in place.
- Use the markings on the shafts to define the distance between the substrate and spray head.
- To assemble the syringe mount, place the pressure syringe in the the holder and connect the appropriate tubing.
- Fix the syringe mount to the gantry with the thumb screw.
- Then fix your spray coating head (or heads) using the alignment pins and thumb screw.
- For the pressure regulator, first connect the central port to the outlet port on the spray coater body.
- Then connect the 7 bar regulator to the spray head air/gas inlet, and the 3.5 bar regulator to the syringe inlet.
- Finally, connect the syringe tubing to the spray coating liquid inlet.
- Make sure the on/off ball valves are connected to the exhaust of the 7 and 3.5 bar regulators. This allows you to set individual pressures, while isolated from the spray head.
