Using IVL LED Measurement Software

  • Enter in device parameters like start and end voltage, voltage increment and pixel area, then start measurement
  • The I-V-L test system will measure and plot current-voltage & voltage-luminance data simultaneously. 
  • The LED test system can test multiple different pixel sequentially.
  • Show two overlapping measurements or view one at a time using the view toggle.
  • The Ossila I-V-L software can also measure LED lifetime.
  • Enter values for measurement. Hold voltage should be above threshold voltage.
  • Choose your best pixel to track
  • Finally choose which metrics to track and start measuring.
  • This will then begin measuring your chosen metrics over time.
