Shipping to China

Ossila Limited supplies many universities and research institutions in China. You can order directly from Ossila using our website or the agents listed below.

We aim to process all in stock orders within one business day. If any items are out of stock or require manufacturing, then we will notify you of this and upon your confirmation can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you.

We ship orders using a tracked courier service as standard (usually FedEx, DHL, or UPS) although we are also happy to be flexible if your University or Institution has specific requirements. Shipping via freight forwarder or other methods is available on request.

Delivery is usually within two to five business days depending on customs clearance.

Returns and Cancellations

We hope you love your order, but if you wish to return any items ordered, please notify us within 21 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that they are returned as new, undamaged, free of contamination and in the original packaging.

Please inspect all orders on arrival to ensure your products are in good condition.

All cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.
