Solar Simulator Classification Data

Solar simulators are classified according to three standards: spectral match, spatial non-uniformity and temporal instability. Additionally, the output spectrum of a solar simulator will affect the accuracy of photovoltaic device characterization, so should be clearly stated.
The Ossila Solar Simulator has been redesigned as of January 2026, and now exhibits slightly different classification data and spectral output. Here, we provide this data about both the previous and current version of the solar simulator for any future reference. Please contact us if you require any more information about previous models.
