The Ossila Slot Die Coater is a complete slot die system, with an integrated syringe pump for synchronized start and end times. The improvements we have made to the Slot Die Coater enhance user experience to meet the growing demands of precision thin film coating across various industries, including electronics, photovoltaics, and more.
Higher Hotplate Temperature
To expand the variety of coatings that can be processed, the hotplate temperature has been increased from 120 °C to 140 °C. Higher temperatures acclerate drying times for higher throughout with improved levelling properties in your coatings.
Large Coating Area
Compatible with larger substrates, the stage travel length has been extended from 100 mm to 150 mm while the coating width has been doubled to 100 mm. You can fabricate thin films across a larger area without the need for repositioning or you can coat multiple small substrates simultaneously.
Bidirectional Coatings
With new software, bidirectional coating has been made possible. Implement forward and reverse coating directions for finer control and greater flexibility to achieve consistent results with different substrate requirements.
