Product Information | Process Recommendation | MSDS | Related Products | Technical Support
A conductive silver ink for screen printing flexible printed circuits, membrane switches, touch screens, and electroluminescent panels. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, including scuff and crease resistance, and the proprietary copolymer system provides strong adhesion, ensuring high stability on printed substrates. This silver ink enables high-resolution printing, achieving line and space widths as fine as 100 µm and 75 µm.
For optimal results, a monofilament polyester mesh of 157–230 or a stainless steel screen of 165–325 is recommended with an emulsion thickness of 1–4 mil. We also recommend using a polyurethane squeegee with a hardness of 60–70 on the Shore A scale to ensure proper ink transfer. AG-510 silver ink can also be diluted for applications such as spray or dip coating.
