Pre-patterned ITO substrates for OPV/OLED testing. Use with our E345 cathode deposition mask to create six small pixels with areas 4 mm2 each or use our E346 mask to create a single large pixel of 50 mm2. Optional active area deposition masks (E355/E356) also available to enable vacuum deposition of active layers or inter-layers.
