How to Load the Low Density OFET Stack
Assembly Guide
- Carefully place the evaporation mask on the lower support of the evaporation stack.
- Place the upper support / substrate holder on top of the evaporation mask.
- Insert your substrates into the evaporation stack with the polished surface touching the mask.
- Place the lid onto the stack.
- Fasten the stack together with the nuts. Do not overtighten the nuts as this may damage the substrates.
- Place the magnetic sheet on the back of the assembled evaporation stack.
