2D Semiconductors

Interest in 2D semiconductors has increased dramatically since the successful mechanical exfoliation of graphene in 2004 by Novoselov and Geim. A large number of other materials which also consist of atomically thin layers weakly bonded to one another by van de Waals forces have now also been studied in their 2D form. Those which are semiconducting in nature have highly desirable properties for optoelectronics and nanotechnology.

We offer low price, high purity few and single layer 2D semiconductor films and bulk van der Waals materials in powder and crystal form for chemical or mechanical exfoliation.
