For most roles at Ossila, we have a simple three step recruitment process.
Send us your covering letter
To apply, email us at email@example.com with a personalised covering letter. This is your chance to tell us why you are interested in the position and how your skills, experience, and qualifications make you a good fit. They also give us the chance to get to know you better and learn more about your personality and enthusiasm for the job.
If we like your covering letter, we'll ask for a copy of your CV so there's no need to include one in your initial application. For some roles, we might also ask to see some examples of your previous work. Check the job advert to see if a portfolio is required.
We can't wait to hear from you!
Informal chat about you and the role
If we're impressed by your application and you meet the requirements for the job outlined in the advert, we'll get in touch with you through email to arrange a short phone interview.
This is your chance to find out more about the role and ask any initial questions. We will also be asking you some questions, so this will be your first opportunity to tell us more about your previous work, what motivates you, and what projects you are particularly proud about. Don’t worry though, there won't be any challenging technical questions at this stage.
Phone interviews typically take about 30-60 minutes.
Come on-site for a face-to-face interview
If you do well in the phone interview, you will be invited on-site for the third and final stage of the process. Here, we will ask you to complete a short task relevant to the role you have applied for. We will also take the chance to ask you some more in-depth questions about you and your skills.
This stage is also your chance to walk around our offices and manufacturing spaces, see our staff in action, and generally get a feel for life at Ossila. We will also be able to give you in-depth answers to any questions or queries you might have.
We typically provide feedback within a week of your interview, but your interviewer will let you know when you can expect to hear from us.
Our recruitment email is monitored during office hours, so there will always be someone to reply to your questions and help you out if you need anything. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries you might have.
