Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries you might have.

How to apply stage 1Send us your CV and covering letter

To apply, email us at recruitment@ossila.com with a personalised covering letter and a CV. This is your chance to tell us why you are interested in the position and how your skills, experience, and qualifications make you a good fit. They also give us the chance to get to know you better and learn more about your personality and enthusiasm for the job. We can't wait to hear from you!

Informal chat about you and the roleInitial phone interview

If we're impressed by your application and you meet the requirements for the job outlined in the advert, we'll get in touch with you through email to arrange a short phone interview.

This is your chance to find out more about the role and ask any initial questions. We will also be asking you some questions, so this will be your first opportunity to tell us more about your experience. For some roles, there may be some technical questions at this stage.

Come on-site for a face-to-face interviewCome on-site for a face-to-face interview

If you do well in the phone interview, you will be invited on-site for the third and final stage of the process. You will typically be asked to give a short presentation, and we may ask you to complete a short task relevant to the role you have applied for. We will also take the chance to ask you some more in-depth questions, including technical questions, and will be able to answer any questions or queries that you might have.

We typically provide feedback within a week of your interview, but your interviewer will let you know when you can expect to hear from us.

Applicants should expect an onsite interview as standard for all roles. This is usually preceded by one or more remote interviews.

By prior agreement, we may reimburse reasonable national travel expenses incurred within the country where the interview is held, such as standard-class inter-city rail fares or mileage at the applicable approved rate. International travel and accommodation, visa costs, subsistence and other overseas travel expenses will not normally be reimbursed. We reserve the right to consider reimbursing international travel only where we consider it proportionate and justified by our business requirements and only for roles that are senior, highly specialised, or otherwise difficult to recruit for.
