How will Coronavirus (COVID-19) affect my order?
We are currently operating as normal. Orders are being processed and dispatched on a daily basis.
Our international delivery network is still working well with only small extensions to transit times for most orders. However, there are some specific countries where larger delays are being experienced.

Could you delay the dispatch of my items?
Yes. Customers who are planning their research and wish to purchase products now, but are not currently in the lab to accept delivery, can request that we hold dispatch until a convenient date. Please get in touch to make the necessary arrangements.
We ship our products worldwide from our headquarters in the UK. We use a tracked courier service as standard (usually FedEx, DHL, or UPS) but are also happy to be flexible if your University or Institution has specific requirements. Worldwide shipping via freight forwarder or other methods is available for a wide variety of countries. Please note that customs restrictions can vary between countries. If you are uncertain about shipment to your country, please contact us for advice.
If you are ordering products to an address in China and are unable to purchase from us directly, distributors are available. Please refer to our shipping to China (运往中国) page for more information.
Do you have a preferred agency in my country?
Generally, Ossila only ship directly from the UK. Because of this, we are unable to recommend agencies in most countries. We are however happy to work with an agent or distributor, should you not be able to purchase from us directly. Please do contact us if this is the case for further information.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We aim to process all in stock orders within one business day, and unless requested otherwise, all items will be dispatched via courier. Average transit times are 1-2 days for addresses within the UK, 2-3 days for Europe or the USA, and 2-5 days for all other international locations. Please note that this does not take into account time taken to clear items through customs, as this varies from shipment to shipment.
We will contact you if any items are out of stock and can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you.
Where can I find the MSDS for a material?
You can view or download MSDS documents via our website by searching the product name or product code then clicking the MSDS button on the relevant product page. The button is usually located next to the product name, above the product options. If you are having issues with this, then please contact info@ossila.com for assistance.

Why can't you ship certain materials to the USA and certain other regions?
Ossila aims to provide the best materials from the best suppliers for organic electronics. However, in certain circumstances patent issues can be different around the globe, and this can mean that we are unable to provide a material in a certain geographical region.
Will my order be affected by Brexit?
We are providing guaranteed European delivery for all EU/EEC orders and are dedicated to ensuring both that all in-stock orders are fulfilled promptly and that our European customers are not hit with any unexpected import charges. Orders to the EU are processed and fulfilled by our wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, Ossila BV.

All prices are excluding VAT (where applicable). If you are from the UK or EU then VAT will be added to your cart at checkout. If you are from a VAT-registered organisation within the EU and have a VAT number that exempts you from the charge, enter your number during the checkout process or contact us to be issued a formal quotation without VAT for your purchasing department.
If you have already placed your order, then get in touch with your valid VAT number and we will refund the VAT from the order back to your account.
What if I want to return or cancel my order?
We hope you love your order, but if you wish to return any items ordered, please notify us within 21 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that they are returned as new, undamaged, free of contamination and in the original packaging. Please also inspect all orders on arrival to ensure your products are in good condition.

We are experts in international shipping and use tracked courier services as standard to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible, wherever you are in the world. All our electronic equipment is manufactured on-site and we operate our own purpose-built synthetic chemistry and device testing laboratory.
