Conference Sponsorship for Students

Get sponsored to go to a conference!

Science moves quicker when we meet face-to-face to share and discuss our findings. If you have used any of our products to do something amazing or are pushing the boundaries of your field, we want you to tell the world about it. The best way to do this is by giving a poster or oral presentation at a conference.

To help cover your costs, we may be able to offer up to £250 to talk about your work.

In return, we will ask that you:

• Include the Ossila logo in your presentation
• Mention any use of Ossila products in your presentation
• Link to our website on your group website (e.g. on a news page)
• Write a blog post about the conference for our website

Unfortunately, we are not able to approve all requests. We will judge each application based on a range of criteria including the impact of the work and the size of the conference in question.

To be eligible for the conference fund you need to:

• Be the first in your group to apply for the conference in question
• Have already had your presentation (poster or oral) accepted
• Have not previously successfully applied to the conference fund
