These ultra-flat glass substrates have thin (20 nm) layer of synthetic quartz on the surface and are useful for control tests, coating experiments and a variety of other uses.

The dimensions of these substrates are the same as a standard microscope slide (25 X 75 mm), making them compatible with existing lab tests as well as the Ossila Spin Coater with microscope slide chuck.

The Scale-Up and Mini-Module Substrate System is designed to enable affordable scale up. Alongside products the Scale Up Substrate Evaporation Masks, the substrates allow for larger devices and investigation of large scale manufacture techniques.
