Prefabricated OFET Test Chips (Low Density)
The prefabricated low-density substrates are compatible with Ossila's FET test board (E222) to make mobility screening quick and simple.
Prefabricated OFET Test Chips (High Density)
Mobility screening is made quick and simple with our prefabricated high density substrates; simply spin on your semiconductor to create up to 20 OFETs which can be tested within minutes using our high-density OFET test board.
Platinum OFET Test Chips (High-Density)
Ossila's new range of robust and reusable platinum test chips are designed to save you time and money. The OFETs were patterned via photolithography, meaning very narrow channel lengths are acheivable.
