Photovoltaic Substrate (8-pixel) System
ITO glass substrates and associated deposition masks for fabricating lab-scale photovoltaic devices including OPV, perovskite, CZTS and more using Ossila's latest 8-pixel design. Can also be used for OLEDs. Standard size (20 x 15 mm).
OLED Substrate (6-pixel) System
ITO glass substrates and associated deposition masks for the fabrication of lab-scale OLED devices using Ossila's original 6-pixel design. Standard size (20 x 15 mm).
Scale-up and Mini-module Substrate System
ITO glass substrates designed for blade coating, spray coating, slot-die coating and other large-area deposition techniques. Made to produce OLEDs and OPVs, as individual pixels or as mini-modules, or larger scale OFETs. Microscope slide size (25 x 75 mm).
Prefabricated OFET Test Chips (Low-Density)
We use silicon/silicon oxide substrates with thermally evaporated gold electrodes. Our standard prefabricated substrates are supplied in batches of ten and fabricated using our Low Density OFET system; see schematics below for details.
