Video: Demonstration of Static Dispense Spin Coating Using Large Volume of Ink

This video demonstrates the "brute force" technique to overcome borderline wetting problems. In this case we are using PEDOT:PSS on a glass substrate which is close to the wetting envelope (i.e. it will only just cover the surface) so has a large contact angle and tends not to spread across the whole substrate. There are a number of techniques that can be used to ensure even coverage (demonstrated in our spin coating guide) but here we demonstrate one of the simplest - just depositing a large amount of ink. It's rather inelegant but can also represent a very easy way to solve the problem (provided you have plenty of ink).
