Video: Demonstration of Static Dispense Spin Coating to the Edge of the Substrate
A demonstration of how to evenly spin coat a substrate to the edges when using an ink close to the limit of wetting by using the pipette tip to "pull" the meniscus of the ink around the substrate. In this case we are demonstrating using PEDOT:PSS on a glass substrate but it also applies to many photoresists and other inks. Note however, that in this case the pipette tip actually touches the substrate around the edges and so in it only relevant where there are no critical components in these locations.
