Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement: Business As Usual
Ossila is currently operating as normal and orders are being processed and dispatched on a daily basis.
As a globally focused business we have been vigilantly monitoring and managing our supply chain for several months now, in order to ensure sufficient stock levels to overcome any periods of disruption and minimise any impact on the R&D activities of our customers and collaborators. There are a small number of items for which we are having difficulty replenishing stock but as always, we endeavour to keep the information regarding our products and stock as accurate as possible on our website.
Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our staff and the health of our wider community. We are complying with all UK guidance on safe working and social distancing. As such, while we are currently dispatching most orders as standard we have reduced capacity to deal with custom orders or technical inquiries. If you do have any urgent technical questions then please get in touch, but note that there may be a delay in receiving a response.
Our international delivery network is still working well for most countries with only small delays to transit times. However, there are some specific countries where larger delays are being experienced. We continue to monitor the situation and are in daily contact with our couriers and shipping contractors. If issues arise that might affect orders from a particular region then we will obviously contact those customers directly. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause for some of our customers and we sincerely hope to keep disruption to a minimum. If you have any queries then please do get in touch.
Customers who are planning their research and wish to purchase products now, but are not currently in the lab to accept delivery, can request that we hold dispatch until a convenient date. Please do get in touch and we can make arrangements.
