TSBF, fluorescent host material for OLED devices
Low price, high-purity (>99.0%) and available online for priority dispatch
2,7-Bis(9,9-spirobifluoren-2-yl)-9,9-spirobifluorene (TSBF) has three spirobifluorene joined at 2,7-positions. Spirobifluorenes exhibit high glass transition temperatures (Tg = 231 °C) and excellent thermal and color stabilities. Therefore, derivatives such as Spiro-OMeTAD are well sought for in OLED devices.
Being sterically hindered, TSBF is normally used as fluorescent host material in OLED devices. With low threshold of amplified spontaneous emission(ASE) and suppressed electroluminescence efficiency roll-off, TSBF is also a promising candidate for realising electrically pumped organic semiconductor laser diodes.
