Ossila's substrate packs have been designed to make fabrication and measurement of high performance OLEDs and OPVs as easy and reliable as possible.
Our pre-patterned ITO substrates are manufactured from commercial grade ITO used in the flat panel display industry in order to ensure high consistency and very low defect rates and are packed in stacks of 20 with cleanroom paper between each substrate to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Meanwhile our encapsulation epoxy has been proven not to damage delicate polymers or reactive layers such as calcium.
A glass slide provides robust protection for manual handling and prevents direct oxygen/water ingress allowing for storage and measurement under ambient conditions for several weeks (edge ingress will eventually occur).
Finally, our electrical connection legs make reliable contact with the ITO and are on a standard 0.1 inch (2.54mm) pitch allowing use in standard prototyping breadboards.
