Pre-patterned ITO substrates (S101) for OPV/OLED testing along with encapsulation epoxy, coverslips and electrical connection legs. Ideal for making devices for measurement in air.

Cathode Mask for OLEDs and OPVs

Cathode mask

A shadow mask for deposition of cathodes (or anodes) onto Ossila standard OLED/OPV substrates (S101) to define the active area.




Active Area Mask for OLEDs and OPVs

Active area mask

A shadow mask for deposition only onto the active area of pixels for Ossila standard OLED/OPV substrates (S101). Used for depositing metal oxides or other materials onto the ITO only over the active pixels.




Encapsulation epoxy for OLEDs and OPVs

Encapsulation epoxy

A light-curable epoxy which sets at wavelengths of up to 600 nm and is safe for use with most organic materials.



Substrate rack for OLEDs and OPVs

Substrate rack

Rack to hold 20 substrates during processing (cleaning, solvent annealing etc). Milled from a single piece of polypropylene to give excellent resistance to a wide range of solvents, acids and bases.



50 mm substrate rack for OLEDs and OPVs

50 mm substrate rack

For cleaning and storing 50 mm substrates during processing. Holds up to 11 substrates and designed to fit in standard sized beakers. Milled from a single piece of polypropylene to resist most acids and solvents.



50mm Evaporation shadow masks for OLEDs and OPVs

50 mm evaporation shadow masks

For evaporation of cathodes onto substrates. Three different types available for the three substrate designs. Made from stainless steel to avoid outgassing under vacuum.



Custom Masks

Custom shadow masks

Custom shadow masks are available for deposition of cathodes (or anodes) on OPVs or OLEDs. Ossila's standard shadow mask design can be modified to fit your specific deposition equipment or alternatively we can design specialist masks for custom sized substrates or cathode designs.

The Ossila USB test board allows faster testing and measurement of OLEDs and OPVs to help make research and development faster and easier.



Measurement Aperture mask for OLEDs and OPVs

Measurement aperture mask

A measurement mask with electrochemically-etched holes to accurately define the active area of a pixel during measurement and to stop indirect/scattered light. Useful for OPV measurements under solar simulators or OLEDs with luminence meters. For use with standard OPV/OLED substrates (S101).

Electrical connection legs for making electrical attachment to ITO coated glass for test and measurement purposes.



50 mm Measurement Aperture masks for OLEDs and OPVs

50 mm measurement aperture masks

Electrochemically etched apertures to define the active are for measurent of OPVs under solar simulators. Each aperture has dimensions of 11 mm x 11 mm to enable 1 cm2 certification. Note that aperture areas require calibration for exact measurement.
