PEDOT:PSS
Heraeus Clevios™ PH1000. PEDOT:PSS for use as an ITO replacement or as a semitransparent cathode in inverted devices on foil. Also useful where thick planerisation layers are required. Sheet resistances as low as 300 Ohms/square can be achieved with the addition of dimethylsulfoxide).

Resistivity: <0.0012 ohm cm (with 5% dimethylsulfoxide)
Solid content: 1.0 to 1.3%
PH: 1.5 to 2.5 at 20 C
Viscosity: < 50 mPa s
PEDOT:PSS ratio: 1:2.5
