Custom shadow masks


Ossila OLED Custom shadow masks are available for deposition of cathodes (or anodes) on OPVs or OLEDs. Ossila's standard shadow mask design can be modified to fit your specific deposition equipment or alternatively we can design specialist masks for custom sized substrates or cathode designs. Simply send us a design outline (for example in a powerpoint slide) and we will draw up the mask for manufacture and send you dimensioned drawings to approve before manufacture.

Maximum size: 140mm x 140mm
Minimum feature size: 0.2 mm (dependent upon mask thickness)
Standard material: Stainless steel
Assembly: Spot welding (where required)
Lead time: Approximately 3 weeks
